A perfect food ordering experience

  • Before Ordering
    1. Easily view the digital menu 

      1. through the website, Google My Business, Instagram etc.

  1. Scan a QR Code.

  1. Don’t ask me to sign up or sign in, let me order my meal

  1. Don’t ask for my personal information unless you absolutely need it to process my order. 

  2. Don’t spam me, I am interested in promotional offers through email or SMS, I will let you know. At this point, just let me order my meal!  

 

 

 

  • While Ordering
    1. View the latest available promotions right at the beginning. 

  1. View the menu items 

    1. Name of food or drink 

    2. Picture of food or drink

    3. Description and ingredients of food or drink

    4. Possible customization options (yes/no, how many, this or that, free or extra cost, etc.).

    5. Clear pricing based on the customization

  

  1. If a menu item is not available, mark it as sold out.

 

  1. Show the cart items as I add menu items

    1. Enable changing the customization and number of orders at any time. 

    2. Enable labelling each order item for a person or table seat number.  

    3. Let me double-check and update my orders any time before submission. 

 

  1. Let me choose the order type (dine-in, take-out/pickup, or pre-order for later)

 

  1. Provide me with a tip option but give me the choice of 0%

 

  1. Show the sub-total and related fees and promotions and the exact final price.

  2. Give me the choice of paying by credit card or Google Pay or Apple Pay but never save my credit card information. 

  • After Ordering
    1. Let me track the status of the order

    2. If any menu item is not available, let me know as soon as possible so I can change or cancel the order.

    3. Let me know when it will be ready

    4. Notify me when it’s ready!

    5. Enable informing you that I am here to pick up the order.

    6. Show me the pickup instructions 

    7. Enable requesting a receipt by email if I like

    8. Enable me to share the feedback directly with the staff right away. 

    9. Enable me to share your contact information with my friends if I like it.

    10. If you have a rewards program, provide the points automatically without forcing me to sign up. 

    11. If I decide to sign up, I want to have the option of stopping any kind of promotional offers.
